CAB Runs is a run coaching service based out of Sydney offering personalised online 1:1 coaching for runners of all levels.
Coaching is delivered via TrainingPeaks and includes structured training plans, ongoing support, and race preparation guidance.
The focus is on building consistent, sustainable progress through smart training and individualised programming tailored to each runner.
I’m Chloe-Amanda Bailey, an ultra runner, accredited run coach, and sports journalist with a passion for helping runners train smarter, not just harder.
I know what it’s like to juggle training, work, fatigue, and injury, and my coaching is built around real life - not unrealistic plans.
Whether you’re new to running, building towards your first race or chasing a new PB, I’ll help you stay consistent, confident, and progressing.
